Donna was great. Worked with her for about a year for my family 2015 Walt Disney vacation. She would answer any and all questions in a timely manner. Helped to line up special dinning request for me when I was working. Would send me information about things going on in Disney during the time my family would be there. I will be using Donna again for my 2016 Star Wars Weekend vacation, May the Force be With You Donna!!!

I wanted to write you. Its taken me over a month to fully come to appreciate our vacation you helped us plan. We are a family who has never taken such a grand trip, but it came at just the right time. Everything was just perfect and I will be forever thankful for the memories. Thank you for being so patient to help plan and answer any questions we had along the way. You gave us every tool needed to make for the perfect Disney experience.

I have used several travel agents in the past. AAA included. I recommend this lady over them all. We actually had a Christmas reservation, paid in full, lost a few years back. We were being reassigned to Lion King instead of our beloved Cars (a total no go). We had to take non-ADA rooms due to Disney mistakes. While Disney can be magical; they are human and make errors. With visiting hundreds of times; things go wrong! I shared these and other “mishaps” with Donna and she was right on it to get it taken care of so this year can be magical…..once again! She sent us a wonderful Disney care package (something in there for everyone and more), covered our Magic Maker and made sure everything arrived quickly.

Since Disney is but a stop on our summer travels; we can’t wait until the last minute for Disney to ship. We tried the resort pickup option and that didn’t work well. We have all our goods now, are ready to go and she made it happen! THANK YOU!
