You’ll begin by completing our quote form, which gathers some initial information to help us prepare for our conversation. From there, we connect to learn more about your travel goals, preferences, budget, and who you’re traveling with so we can design an experience that truly fits you.

Step 2: Thoughtful Planning & Design

Using our firsthand travel experience and industry expertise, we carefully research and design a personalized itinerary tailored to your needs, incorporating the information you provided along with our thoughtful suggestions.

Step 3: Review, Refine & Reserve

We walk through your travel plans together, answering questions and making adjustments until everything feels just right — including your transportation to and from the resort. If needed, we coordinate with trusted partners who provide strollers, wheelchairs, or ECVs to ensure comfort and accessibility throughout your stay. You’ll also receive access to our secure client portal, where all of your payment information is safely stored within your account. Once approved, we handle the details and reservations, ensuring a smooth and stress-free booking process.

Step 4: Support Before You Go

As your trip approaches, we remain by your side — providing guidance, reminders, and support so you feel confident and prepared every step of the way.

Hi, I’m Donna Sharick, Founder and Owner of Dreams by Design Travel.

I’ve been in the travel industry since 2012, and I started this agency during a season of isolation while recovering from thyroid cancer — a time that gave me clarity about what truly matters. After working with other agencies that weren’t the right fit, I knew I could build something better: a place where advisors feel at home and guests are treated like family. Travel has always been part of my life — my family and I have been exploring the world together since 1983 — and today, I’m passionate about creating thoughtful, fair, and relationship-driven experiences for both our advisors and the guests we serve.
